Intercom Rules & Responsibilities:
You must confirm each visitor’s identity prior to granting access.
You will NOT allow access to a visitor which you do not know personally.
If you are resident and you have locked yourself out, do not call other residents for access. Please call your own intercom system and provide access through your cell phone.
Occupants and owners are responsible for any person(s) they grant access to. If damages to the property are caused by your visitor, or they become a safety concern, you will be held liable.
Only registered occupants will be added to the intercom system.
All occupants must receive a copy of these Rules & Responsibilities. A PDF download is available on this website below.
Programming Request Requirements:
Requests can only be submitted by the Landlord or Property Manager.
The Owner or Property Manager must submit updated information for the occupants prior to requesting a new intercom programming. Updates to this information can be completed by submitting the online form “Info Form – Owner/Tenant” through our website.
First names will not be permitted in the display system. Display options are First Initial & Last Name, Unit Number or “Occupied”
Please note that each new intercom programming request submission will replace any existing numbers saved in the system for your unit. You must include all active information for your unit’s intercom directory with your request.
